BLR specializes in erosion and sedimentation control design, regulatory compliance and permitting in the area of storm water discharges. Our staff has training in the CPESC and CPSWQ programs and therefore is up to date in the latest methods of erosion control practice. Our designs are practical, cost effective and creative. With the use of our GIS data we can query watersheds, soil types and datum elevations within flood ways and flood plains to develop accurate large-scale drainage maps.

BLR's staff recognizes the value low impact development and utilizes storm water management techniques that offer minimal disturbance of existing bio-habitats and natural features. Our in-house database covering the Great Lakes Watershed and Ohio allows us to produce personal geo-databases and maps to end users in an efficient manner.
